Complaints and Feedback

Last updated: October 2026

We want people who contact Payswashington Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Payswashington Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Payswashington Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@payswashington.homes and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to contact you
  • The date you reached out to us or to the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Settled?

If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
